FOUR CORNERS | Throughout the past decade, if people have been voting with their feet, then Florida has been one of the nation's big winners, drawing a substantial number of newcomers since 2002.
According to the latest data from the U.S. Census Bureau, Florida is on track to surpass New York's population numbers, and will likely gain two more congressional districts after 2010, from 25 districts to 27. New York would lose two congressional districts, also bringing the state's delegation to 27 members.
